Can I give her 10 stars???? Sherene is the best real estate agent ever. Her approach is to put the client first and the sale second. It is such a stark change after having bought previously using an agent that (in hindsight) was only focused on the sale. It was so nice to have somebody on your side, looking for your criteria in a new house, pointing out flaws in a property and not just pushing for the sale because the property is "close enough". Sherene was very prompt and professional, but also kept conversations light and funny. I find buying and selling extremely stressful, and Sherene tried to ease that as much as she could by being there every step of the way. I will happily reference her to friends and family.
